Beef Burgers are handmade from the finest British beef, sourced locally from trusted Yorkshire suppliers. Juicy, coarsely ground 100% beef patties with a perfect balance of lean meat and fat for outstanding flavour and succulence. Seasoned to perfection for maximum taste. Remove the burgers from the fridge 20–30 minutes before cooking to bring to room temperature. Season both sides with salt and freshly ground black pepper just before cooking.
Recommended method – Pan fried / Griddled:
Heat a heavy-based frying pan or griddle pan over medium-high heat.
Cook for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or 5–6 minutes per side for medium, until a rich crust forms and the juices run clear.
BBQ method:
Cook over medium-hot coals for 4–5 minutes per side, turning once, until nicely charred.
Oven method:
Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6.
Cook on a baking tray for 18–22 minutes, turning halfway.
Best enjoyed in a toasted brioche bun with cheese, bacon, caramelised onions, tomato, lettuce and your favourite sauces.
