Our Swaledale Farmhouse Cheese is a traditional Yorkshire Dales cheese, handmade in Swaledale to a recipe with roots stretching back centuries. Softer and creamier than a classic Wensleydale, with a moist, crumbly texture and a mild, fresh flavour from cows grazing the Dales pastures. A proper local favourite, cut fresh to order in our family shop.
