Zesty Lemon & Herb Italian Sausages

Lemon and Herb Italian Style Sausages (Gluten Free) are handmade from the finest British pork, sourced locally from trusted Yorkshire suppliers. Bright and aromatic gluten-free sausages flavoured with fresh lemon zest, garlic, and a classic Italian blend of rosemary, thyme and oregano. Light, fragrant and full of Mediterranean flavour. Hand-made fresh daily in our family shop.
Remove the sausages from the fridge 20 minutes before cooking.
Recommended oven method:
Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6.
Place the sausages in a roasting tin and drizzle with a little oil.
Cook for 22–25 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
Pan-fried method:
Heat a little oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
Cook the sausages for 15–18 minutes, turning frequently, until evenly browned and cooked through.
Best enjoyed with creamy polenta, roasted vegetables, gluten-free pasta with tomato sauce, or in a crusty gluten-free roll with rocket and parmesan.
