Zesty Lemon & Coriander Chicken

Lemon Chicken is made from the finest British chicken, sourced locally from trusted Yorkshire suppliers. Tender pieces of chicken coated in a vibrant lemon & coriander sauce. Bright, zesty and aromatic with fresh lemon and fragrant coriander notes – perfect for a quick, flavourful meal. Prepared fresh daily in our family shop.
Remove from the fridge 20–30 minutes before cooking.
Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6.
Place the chicken and sauce in a single layer in an ovenproof dish or roasting tin.
Cook for 30–35 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is hot and glossy.
For extra freshness and crunch, add sliced peppers, sugar snap peas, courgette or spring onions for the last 10 minutes of cooking.
Best enjoyed with steamed rice, noodles, couscous or a crisp green salad.
