Chicken Stir Fry (ginger, lime & chilli) is made from the finest British chicken, sourced locally from trusted Yorkshire suppliers. Tender strips of chicken in a vibrant, aromatic marinade of fresh ginger, zesty lime and fiery chilli. Full of bright, bold flavours and perfect for a quick, fresh midweek meal. Prepared fresh daily in our family shop.
Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before cooking.
Heat a little oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat.
Add the chicken and marinade and stir-fry for 6–8 minutes until the chicken is golden, cooked through and the sauce is sticky and fragrant.
For extra freshness and crunch, toss in sliced peppers, spring onions, sugar snap peas or tenderstem broccoli for the last 3 minutes of cooking.
